Credit Card Guarantee

To secure your appointment at 4 Elements Salon, we require a credit card on file at the time of booking. This helps us manage our schedule and ensures that time is reserved exclusively for you. The card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or a no-show. For high-value services (such as color corrections, extensions, or bridal services), we may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost, but will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Your credit card information is stored securely and will only be used for the purpose of enforcing this policy. We respect your privacy and adhere to strict standards to protect your data.

Late Arrival

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and things may not always go as planned. To ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and to respect the time of our stylists and other clients, we kindly ask you to follow our late arrival policy.

We allow a 10-15 minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, we may need to adjust or shorten the service to ensure we stay on schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to the next available time or date. If we are able to accommodate you on the same day, please understand that your service may be modified to fit the remaining time. If you are unable to make your appointment or know you will be running late, please call us as soon as possible. Clients who do not arrive or cancel without notifying us may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings. Our goal is to give each client the best experience. Consistently arriving late may impact not only your service but also the service of other clients. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a smooth schedule.

 

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to show up for an appointment will result in a late cancellation/no-show fee of 50% of the service cost. Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. We understand that emergencies can arise—if you experience an urgent situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

 

Refund Policy

 

At 4 Elements Salon we take pride in the quality of our services and aim to ensure that all our clients leave feeling satisfied. All services provided are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed, we are unable to offer refunds for dissatisfaction or changes in personal preference. Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 10 days of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment or correction within that time frame. Corrections must be scheduled with the original stylist unless otherwise arranged. We offer free consultations before performing any services. This ensures that we fully understand your needs and expectations before proceeding. If you have specific requests or concerns, we strongly encourage booking a consultation.

Haircare products purchased at the salon may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Returned haircare will incur 20% restocking fee.

Children in the salon

​

For the safety of your children and the comfort of other clients, we kindly ask that children under the age of 12 must wait in the waiting area and be supervised at all times . Our salon contains sharp tools, chemicals, and hot styling equipment that may pose a danger to unsupervised children. We do not have the facilities or staff to supervise children during your appointment. For extended services (such as color or treatments), we recommend arranging alternative childcare to ensure you and other clients can relax without distractions. 

We only offer hair services to the children of our existing clients. If you are an established client, please feel free to schedule an appointment for your child. If your child is receiving a service, we request that a parent or guardian be present throughout the appointment to assist with any needs. 

 

Pets in the salon

​

We understand that some clients may wish to bring well-behaved pets for emotional support. Please contact us ahead of time to discuss whether we can make accommodations, depending on the day’s schedule and the presence of other clients. To ensure a clean and allergy-free environment, we do not allow pets in the spa unless they are service animals.
